As our new cohort of Fellows begins, we look forward to showcasing the three-phase project lifecycle and the direct impact our projects have on the South Bend-Elkhart region. Expect to explore who we are as we Discover enFocus and the region, learn how Fellows apply their skills to Design solutions with community partners, observe how we Implement strategies, and celebrate our Impact within our community as the new Fellowship year begins.

Since our inception, 160+ Fellows and 1,195+ Interns have completed 300+ innovation projects across the South Bend-Elkhart region over the last 10+ years. Our Fellows work on high-priority innovation projects to help civic and industrial organizations overcome their challenges and help them achieve their goals.

As a Fellow, you will learn enFocus’ project management process by participating in various stages of an innovation project's Discover, Design, and Implementation (DDI) phases. Your experience working with our management team will cultivate your skills and professional experience across multiple industries. Unlike other project-based companies, enFocus creates an environment for you to apply the DDI phases to implement solutions and participate in tangible impact.

As a Sponsor, your organization can hire an enFocus Fellow to support project needs and help you Discover opportunities within your organization, Design solutions to improve performance, and Implement collaborative strategies to resolve challenges your organization may face.

The collaboration between Sponsors and Fellows creates a unique opportunity for communities to grow stronger while cultivating highly-talented young professionals, all of whom are committed to developing the region. Whether you are a long-time enFocus supporter or new to our page, we hope you join our adventures as we Discover, Design, Implement, and create Impact together. We look forward to seeing you back on August 9 to Discover our team.
