Alicia Einfalt

Regional Internship Manager

A native of the South Bend-Elkhart area, Alicia graduated in 2020 with a Bachelor of Science in Business from Indiana University South Bend. She is currently pursuing her Master of Public Affairs with a Nonprofit concentration at Indiana University.

While at IUSB, Alicia worked for the Office of Admissions, the Office of Financial Literacy, and the Office of Student Success. Her passion is her community, and she’s worked for various nonprofits in the area, such as the Studebaker National Museum, Ivy Tech Community College South Bend-Elkhart campus, and Girls on the Run Michiana. Alicia wrapped up her AmeriCorps service in 2021, then pursued a career in higher education before coming to enFocus in 2023.

In her free time, she enjoys going to concerts, meditating, and trying the newest restaurant in the area.
