Ananya Mangla

Innovation Fellow

Ananya Mangla completed her Bachelor of Science in Economics and Quantitative Methods from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor before joining enFocus in South Bend. With a background in project management and leadership coaching, she committed herself to practicing transformational leadership, launching social impact initiatives, and gaining the necessary strategic & analytical skills.

Prior to enFocus, Ananya worked in Tech Product Management at ViaSat where she learned key strategy & operational skills. She also launched the Detroit Leadership Initiative while facilitating leadership courses for hundreds of undergraduates at the University of Michigan. Having worked with student entrepreneurs, business leaders and community partners, Ananya seeks to integrate her analytical skills and innovative thinking within her community projects to uplift small businesses, empower the community, and collaborate on impact-driven solutions at enFocus.

She is keen to work on projects that help boost economic development, workforce development, community health and the entrepreneurial spirit. Moreover, she is eager to work with passionate stakeholders while uncovering opportunities for growth and building meaningful change.

Ananya hopes to bring her learnings & experiences from India, London, Michigan, Chicago, Lille and countless more places to the South Bend - Elkhart region as she embarks on this journey. She is a traveler at heart, who enjoys Formula 1, stand-up comedy, and mixology.
