Bradley Kauffman
Project Manager
Bradley Kauffman is a Project Manager coming to enFocus from a background in education and publishing. He holds a BA in Music Education from Goshen College and a Master’s in Choral Conducting from the University of Iowa. Whether in the classroom, on the concert stage, or providing creative project leadership, Bradley is driven by the power of thoughtful communication.
Following 18 years of teaching (grade 5 through university level), Bradley was tapped to lead the curation of a new denominational hymnal for progressive Mennonites in the US and Canada. Bradley led a bi-national team of experts in responding to the needs of diverse stakeholders. The culminating product suite, Voices Together (MennoMedia, 2020), sold triple the publisher’s year-one sales projections. Leading a binational project propelled Bradley toward new innovative collaborations and he is excited to serve enFocus’ sponsor organizations.
After teaching in Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, and Ohio, Bradley is happy to reside in Goshen with his spouse and their two children. In addition to serving as an enFocus Project Manager, Bradley is active as a conductor and church music consultant. He enjoys strong coffee, composing music, woodworking, and maintaining his family’s 1930 Bungalow.
