Caitlin Sears
Project Manager
Caitlin is a native of Lancaster, Pennsylvania. She holds a Bachelors of Science in Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology from Ithaca College, and a Master’s of Science in Medical Speech-Language Pathology from the University of Washington. She practiced locally as a speech-language pathologist for a number of years at Elkhart General Hospital. She continues to practice as an SLP with interests in head and neck cancer, mild TBI, motor speech disorders, transgender voice training, and accent modification.
Caitlin sought to expand the application of her analytical problem solving within the community, and found that opportunity at enFocus. She hopes to broaden her skillset to include project management, data analysis, and securing funding for innovation and expansion of services. She is invigorated by the diversity of skills and knowledge of her peers, and inspired by enFocus’ mission to build stronger communities and impact in the region.
In her free time, Caitlin seeks new experiences through traveling, games, conversations, learning, and following her curious puppy.
