James Luk
Innovation Fellow
James is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame, having studied political science with minors in Asian studies and computing & digital technologies. He then obtained a Master’s in political thought at the School of Oriental and African Studies, University of London, focusing on post-colonial political thought.
James has professional experience at NGOs and private sector companies in various fields, including immigration, disarmament, and political risk analysis. He most recently came to enFocus from the South Bend City Clerk’s Office after moving back to the United States earlier in the year.
James is passionate about engaging with the Asian American community in the region and is excited to work on sustainability-related projects. Outside of work, James enjoys a good cup of tea and exploring the country on the Amtrak.
