Nick Dybas

Innovation Fellow

Nick Dybas was born and raised near Fresno, CA, studied Mechanical Engineering near Albany, NY at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, and recently received his M.S. in Management from the University of Notre Dame. Except for the three years receiving his Bachelor's Degree, Nick attended Catholic educational institutions from kindergarten through his Master's Degree. This emphasis on morality that underpinned his education greatly formed his conscience and guides his work ethic and decision making into the present, reinforcing a plethora of skills with an unrelenting desire to work for a greater purpose.

Nick was drawn to enFocus for its diverse range of projects as well as its willingness to help nurture new startups. In his time at enFocus, he aims to begin his own startup in the realm of urban development, affordable housing, small business logistics, or a combination of all three. His hope is to provide logistical support to new businesses to support sustainable job growth and community development.

Nick is primarily concerned with creating a culture of vibrancy, sustainability, morality, and beauty through establishing new communities and strengthening historic ones. Projects concerning this encompass urban planning, real estate, manufacturing, entrepreneurial ventures, artistic endeavors, and many more. The core tenant is to ensure the prosperity of all people; any project that supports that belief is a project worth supporting.
