Ryan Eilts
Innovation Fellow
Ryan was born and raised in Kansas, completing his Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from Wichita State University in the fall of 2019. Prior to joining the enFocus team, Ryan worked for Beta Theta Pi Fraternity as a Chapter Development Consultant. He spent four years working with both established chapters to assess organizational operations and starting new chapters at Kennesaw State University and Samford University. In addition to his work with the Fraternity, Ryan spent six months in Mexico serving as a pastor's assistant, working to develop creative ways to reach the local community. In addition to Mexico, Ryan has visited seven countries, across four continents in the last two years and is always ready for the next adventure. Through his travels, Ryan has seen the beauty of different cultures both stateside and abroad.
Ryan first called the area home after getting married to his lovely wife in August of 2024, and joined the enFocus team shortly thereafter. At his core, he is moved to bring a positive impact by serving those in need with all he has. He’s excited to learn more about the unique needs of the South Bend region and find creative solutions to care for those who call it home. In addition to serving as an enFocus Innovation Fellow, Ryan loves seeing the world, serving at church, watching sports, and most of all, spending time with his wife and their fourteen (and counting) nieces and nephews.
